Wherever possible, we also work with regional partners and with products that are as sustainable as possible. For example, the wood used in our houses is a renewable raw material that has the same insulation value as a solid build house, despite the walls being thinner.
All our projects are classified as low-energy houses. When it comes to heating systems, we work exclusively with modern air-to-water heat pumps (super-silent and usually without an outdoor unit). When it comes to residential buildings, the trend is clearly moving towards photovoltaics on the roof to supply power to communal areas, heat pumps for the underfloor heating, and ceiling cooling, which is particularly nice during the summer months.

The process of buying your own home comes with a great deal of emotion and great financial responsibility. So what you really need is a reliable partner. It is our aim to offer our customers the greatest possible feeling of safety – especially in challenging times.
Play it safe with Glorit: We have long since optimized our purchasing strategy: We approached our suppliers at an early stage and switched from a just-in-time approach to focusing on maximising storage capacities. What this means is that not only can we continue to build ongoing projects with the customary premium quality, but also keep embarking on new ones.
Glorit is also one of the few providers to continue offering its customers a fixed price guarantee. This means that there will be no retroactive prices changes. You can count on us honouring both deadlines and prices when signing the contract.
The success of Glorit is evidenced both by its highly satisfied customers and the numerous awards it has won, including the quality label from Holzforschung Austria and the excellent credit rating from our banks. Moreover, all our contracts are concluded in accordance with the Property Developer Contract Act [Bauträgervertragsgesetz, BTVG], which means that all the monies are managed by a trustee and are only released to make payments once the work in question has been performed and checked.
Rest assured, too, that we do not set up our own project companies in order to close them down again once a project has come to an end, a situation which can then lead to unresolved warranty issues.
