Management

As everyone knows, each successful company thrives on competent management. Our management does not reside in some elevated position, but instead has its feet firmly on the ground, being involved in the company’s day-to-day activities. All the experts on the Board, including our Managing Directors, are involved in operational tasks and are also involved in taking care of even the small details. This ensures that the company’s course can be set, strategies developed and, above all, clear decisions made.

Our experienced and highly professional consultants are at your side every step of the way from the first meeting to the handover of the keys, and are always available to answer any questions you may have. Team Vienna

Alongside our headquarters in Groß-Enzersdorf, we have been operating our own branch office in Vienna since 2022. Our address: Donaufelder Straße 197–199 in the 22nd district. Mario Maizner and his team will be happy to welcome you to our impressive showroom and give you detailed, competent information about our more than 100 Glorit projects.

Opening hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 3.00 pm or by individual arrangement. 

House construction team

Not only does each step have to be carried out perfectly, but they also need to be timed exactly. All the more so when the finished property is handed over for the owner to move in. And if you’re managing not only one, but several construction projects at once, you need someone who can always keep track of everything. We rely fully on our construction management team – they have every little detail under control.

It is our distinctive claim to have everything run smoothly as planned. That's why our team of architects will always present perfectly thought-through and creative designs. Which goes to show: Customer satisfaction can be planned!

Procurement

Both in the kitchen and in house building only the best ingredients can achieve truly outstanding results. And that is why we have formed a team that deals specifically with the purchase of high-quality materials. These are then combined and processed by our team of experts in our modern production facility.

Factory team

Our production planners "translate" the creative work of our team of architects into technical factory plans and work hand in hand with our own production department. At this interface in particular, we attach the utmost importance to absolute accuracy and precision. So that later on the construction site and in your new home, everything really fits together.

Apartment construction team

Building apartment blocks comprising multiple floors is a very complex undertaking because each and every apartment must meet exacting criteria down to the last detail. We don’t want to bore you with all the technical details here. All we want to do is tell you who is responsible for you standing in front of a beautiful building and asking yourself the question which of these magnificent apartments you would like to have: the one with a rooftop terrace, with the garden, with two balconies ...?

Marketing

We build genuine quality houses. Not castles in the air. From this perspective, our marketing department has an enjoyable job. A company that has a high-quality product to promote doesn’t need to make up stories. All they need to do is ensure that the qualities are obvious. And this is something that our team manages with a great deal of taste, elegance, and creativity.

Finance team

The fact that Glorit’s financial performance is just as attractive as the projects it realises is thanks to the diligent and experienced colleagues working in the finance department. They keep an eye on all the budgets to ensure they are met and work to ensure that we are able to offer our customers the fairest prices possible.

IT & organisation

Our team of IT experts are always up-to-date with the latest developments to ensure the company’s operations run smoothly and safely.
